I started cooking and baking more than 40 years ago. For as long as I can remember, I have loved creating new recipes and making old ones. Even though I spend lots of time with my cooking and baking, during the day, I’m a very dedicated fifth grade teacher in a public school system in New Jersey. I started this blog in order to preserve wonderful heirloom recipes treasured by my own family as well as my memories that are associated with these recipes. This way, these recipes and memories can never be lost. And I’m happy to be able to share these recipes now with people who visit my blog.
